I have just finished reading Samuel's excellent book.
Leavers to Leaders is a great read and a great education in reinventing yourself, learning how to use the seven step guide to become a strong and inspiring leader.
The book is very well set out, easy to read and to grasp the steps and to learn about the Leader's Operating System.
The book is broken down into bite size chunks in regards to the chapters and sections within which make it possible to digest and then using the seven steps at the end of each section you can work to achieve the brilliant advice contained in the book.
the book covers so much from the state of mind to the physical side of things, i found the advice about being physically fit very good and now i am focused on this.
If you want to successfully lead then buy this book and study it to learn how to be a great leader.

The author shares his own journey transitioning from his military background into the business world. The author’s 7 steps ( LOLs) to reinvest yourself in the current work place. It is easy to understand, and easy to apply to day to day life scnenarios and business structures.     TriAtis is a trade mark of TriExForces group, the brain child of Samuel T. Reddy. Mauritian born, his career started out in the local government, followed by a career in the British Armed Forces. Samuel successfully engaged and transitioned from all three sectors, government, business and the 3rd sector. He is an author and international best seller of the book ‘Leavers To Leavers’ which is now available in 17 countries and impacts lives from military leavers to thousands of others who are feeling overlooked, undervalued and frustrated in their career.

    The name TriAtis is a combination of the three focus of our programme which are Change, Strategy & Leadership (Tri).
